Winter has a way of pulling everyone toward the good stuff. Cheese, wine, and a cellar warm enough to forget what the weather is up to outside. This July, Fromage Affair returns to Small Print: a winter-long ode to melted cheese and the wines that love it.

Bottomless Raclette à Volonté $59pp, The Alpine classic, done properly and without limits. Slices of raclette melted in your own little coupelle, then draped (gloriously) over boiled potatoes, gherkins, pickled onions and a spread of air-dried charcuterie. Build your perfect bite, then build it again. À volonté means as much as you like, and we mean it.

Swiss Fondue $65, The original winter heart-warmer. Gruyère AOP, Emmentaler AOP and mountain cheese melted into one extraordinary pot, served with crusty bread for dunking. A short trip to the Swiss Alps, no passport needed. Serves 2 - 4.

Make it a Truffle Swiss Fondue with freshly grated Manjimup truffle, $18pp.
