Jerry Fraser is back this June, shucking freshly caught Coffin Bay oysters straight from the shell at the main bar.

Clean, briny, and worth making a plan for. $4ea or $39 per dozen, with a dozen also unlocking a curated selection of wines and Champagnes at a special price.

For the first time ever, Jerry's Dirty Oyster Martinis are on the pour. The Oyster House and The Fraser's Spicy are both $28 and built around Jerry's freshly shucked oysters.

Arrive early for a bar seat, or book a table at Stampa! to make an evening of it.
